Ironically Beryl visited us during our attempt to get the brewery opened. We felt it necessary to pay homage as he spared most of us in Barbados. This is a bold stout with hints of burnt brown sugar, chocolate and vanilla. On the palette, you will get hints of molasses. On the back side, expect the nice rum spice to linger throughout your mouth. It’s well worth the wait. Our rum barrels come from the award-winning distillery Foursquare on Barbados giving us a distinct flavor setting us apart.
